I personally got it with just the place and expression.
Well target someone with the left trigger (a white aura should appear) hit the Y button some thing should come up read the likes (at the top there should be like three things there) find someone with a favorite place (make sure you know where the place is) and expression (make sure you have the expression as well) now go to your expressions(the RB button)(while your still targeted to the person) then go to social then click on follow (oh before i forget if they have a favorite gift get it and bring it with you just in case i forgot if you need to do that to get the achievement) when two heads appear over their head take them to the place and do the expression and you should get the achievement if not give them the gift hope this helpsim still struggling with this acheivement even tho its one of the easiest d'oh!
